Sorry for the minimal coverage, but the last couple of days have been busy and rather unpleasant. I hope to have much better coverage of round 5 and to include some interesting games from the previous rounds. For now, I'll just note that there are seven teams with perfect 8-0 scores (4 rounds, but with 2 points for a win and 1 for a draw). Here are the round 5 pairings:

1. Armenia - Russia 2

2. Vietnam (so far, the revelation of the tournament) - Georgia (with the highlight of round 4: Jobava handled Carlsen pretty confidently and beat him)

3. Hungary - Russia 1 (Russia 1 beat the USA handily in round 4, 3-1. Nakamura didn't beat Kramnik, but at least he managed to draw with the black pieces)

4. Poland (7 points) - Netherlands
